BAKER COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

The Baker County Board of Commissioners met for the November 8, 2023, Special Commission Session. Present were Commissioner Shane M. Alderson, Commissioner Christina Witham and Commissioner Bruce A. Nichols. 

1.      Call to Order

Commissioner Alderson called the meeting to order.

3.      Scheduled Business

a.       Executive Session per ORS 192.660(2)(h) and ORS 192.660 (2)(e): To consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation or litigation likely to be filed. To conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real property transactions.

The Commissioners came out of Executive Session with no decisions made.

5.   Adjourn

a.    The November 8, 2023, Special Commission Session adjourned at 3:50 p.m.
