On July 10th, 2018, at 5:00PM, the Baker County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in the Commissioners Chambers of the Baker County Courthouse at 1995 3rd Street to consider County Case VAC-18-001. The County has been petitioned to vacate a ±50-foot wide by ±300-foot long portion of undeveloped Lloyd Street immediately abutting Tax Lots 9000, 9100, 9200 and 9300 on Assessor’s Map 08s46e17ab. The street is located within the Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) of the City of Halfway. If approved, the vacated portion of Lloyd Street will become a part of Tax Lots 9000 and 9200.


A copy of the application, all documents and evidence submitted by or on behalf of the applicants, and the applicable criteria are available for inspection. The staff report the Planning Commission will use in its decision making process for this request will be available at the Baker City-County Planning Department by July 3rd, 2018.
