On June 12th, 2018 at 5:00PM the Baker County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider one application, County Case CU-18-001.

 

CU:18-001: Rich and Lori Daniel’s, requests permission for a Type III Conditional Use Permit request for an ±8-space, full-service Travel Trailer Park and RV Park. The development is proposed on Tax Lot 400 in Township 07 South, Range 38 East, Section 05c, W.M., Baker County, OR (Ref. 10315), which is located in the Timber Grazing (TG) Zone and the Tourist Commercial Limited Use Overlay (TCLUO) Zone. The applicants and property owners are Rich and Lori Daniels. This request will be reviewed using Baker County Zoning Ordinance (BCZO) #2014-01 Sections 210.05(B) (1-6), 210.06, 210.07(I) (1-5), 335.04, 335.05, 360.02, 420.05 through 420.07, 540 (TCLUO), as well as the Baker County Comprehensive Land Use Plan.

 

A copy of the application, all documents and evidence submitted by or on behalf of the applicants, and the applicable criteria are available for inspection. The staff report the Planning Commission will use in its decision making process for this request will be available at the Baker City-County Planning Department by June 5th, 2018.
