On Tuesday, April 17th, 2018 at 6:00pm, the Baker County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to discuss the proposed creation of an 8-lot subdivision within the Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) of the City of Richland. The applicant and property owner, David Hulse, proposes an 8-lot subdivision. The subject property measures ±3.97 acres and is located in the Commercial-Residential (CR) Zone. The property is addressed as 40308 Highway 86, also known as Tax Lot 100 of Township 09 South, Range 45 East, Section 24cb, W.M., Baker County, Oregon (Ref. 12897).


The application will be evaluated against Article 6 – Subdivisions and Partitioning of the City of Richland’s Land Use and Development Ordinance, as well as Oregon Revised Statue (ORS) Chapter 92.


The hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 17th, 2018 beginning at 6:00pm at Richland City Hall, located at 89 Main Street, Richland, Oregon 97870. All written testimony to be provided to the Planning Commission must be submitted to the Planning Department by no later than 5:00pm on Tuesday, April 17th, 2018, or provided at the time of the hearing. The decision will then be heard before Richland’s City Council for concurrence.
